A brief introduction of the axial flow pump :
The axial flow pump impeller is equipped with 2 to 7 blades and rotates in a circular tube-shaped pump casing. The pump casing on the upper part of the impeller is equipped with fixed guide vanes to eliminate the rotational movement of the liquid, make it into axial movement, and convert the kinetic energy of the rotational movement into pressure energy.
Axial flow pumps are usually single-stage, and a few are made into two-stage. The flow range is very large, from 1.8 to 3.6 million cubic meters per hour; the head of the drainage pump manufacturer is generally below 20 meters. Axial flow pumps are generally vertical, with impellers submerged under water, and there are also horizontal or inclined axial flow pumps.
When the installation position of the impeller of the small axial flow pump is higher than the water surface, it is necessary to use the vacuum pump to exhaust and start the water. Axial flow pump blades are divided into fixed and adjustable structures. The operating conditions (mainly the flow rate) of large-scale axial flow pumps often require large changes during operation. Adjusting the installation angle of the blades can keep the pump running in high efficiency areas under different operating conditions. Small pumps generally have a fixed blade mounting angle.
A. Unpacking and acceptance of equipment
a. The out-of-warehousing inspection of the equipment is carried out after the equipment arrives at the installation site. Before the equipment is inspected, the equipment is first checked for packing, whether the packing is complete, and whether there is any damage. Records are made.
b. After the equipment is unpacked, check and count according to the packing list, check whether the equipment, specifications, models, performance parameters, and quantity are consistent with the design. Whether the equipment, spare parts, random tools, etc. of the equipment are in accordance with the packing list, make an inventory transfer and signing procedure according to the actual arrival situation. For equipment or spares that are not installed temporarily, the relevant transfer procedures should be handled in a timely manner and properly kept.
