The vertical axial flow pump unit runs normally, the body is stable, the sound is continuous and uninterrupted, and its vibration value is within the allowable range. The reasons for the vibration of the vertical axial flow pump are introduced below.
First, hydraulic factors cause vibration. As the vertical pump runs away from the high-efficiency zone, the flow rate is too large or too small; the design of the inlet pool does not meet the standards, resulting in bias flow, vortex, insufficient depth of submerged bell mouth, etc., resulting in poor water absorption; due to the high suction stroke, The design and construction of the inlet flow channel are not in accordance with the requirements of cavitation; the vibration caused by the clogging or damage of the blade flow channel due to the mixing of foreign matter.
Second, mechanical factors cause vibration. Due to exceeding the allowable eccentricity of the vertical pump and the motor, the coupling is improperly connected; due to poor installation, the horizontal deviation of the vertical pump exceeds the allowable value, resulting in deviation of the verticality of the pump; due to loose rotating parts, friction Or the rotor has poor stability: due to improper blade placement angle, crushing, falling off and debris around the blade, the rotor body is unbalanced; due to poor support of the inlet or outlet pipes, caused by the pipeline load of the vertical pump vibration.
Third, insufficient stiffness causes vibration. Due to insufficient strength of the pump casing or various parts; insufficient foundation strength or improper fixing of the anchor bolts, poor fastening; vibration caused by insufficient stiffness of the motor beam, etc.
